  • Sleeping Arrangements: Comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests with one double room, two cozy twin rooms, and a convenient pull-out double sofa bed in the lounge.

  • Modern Facilities: Shower room with a toilet and an additional separate WC, ensuring convenience throughout your stay.

  • Entertainment & Connectivity: Free Wi-Fi and a smart TV in the lounge, complemented by smart TV/DVD combos in both twin bedrooms. When the day heats up, three tower fans help keep the space refreshingly cool.

  • Fully Equipped Kitchen: Comes complete with a fridge freezer, cooker, microwave, kettle, toaster, utensils, cutlery, and tea towels. Tea, coffee, and sugar are provided—just unpack and relax.

  • Thoughtful Extras: Bedding is included and made up for your arrival, with bath and hand towels provided alongside a hairdryer in the main bedroom. Bookings include a £100 breakage bond, which is returned at the end of your stay once the caravan & veranda have been checked over.
